Our laboratory can perform blood chemistries, complete blood counts, urinalysis, heartworm tests, cytology and fecal flotations with immediate results. This enables us to diagnose and treat your pet right away!

We take many radiographs (X-Rays) to help us determine your pet's medical or orthopedic problem. Examples of what we may find on a radiograph include bladder stones, abdominal foreign bodies and tumours, calcified intervertebral disks, enlarged hearts and of course, bone fractures.

Ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive way to help diagnose tumours, bladder stones, enlarged organs and live pregnancies. It also helps to safely obtain samples to give more information with out surgery or anesthesia.

Intraocular Pressure Measurement with Tonopen

We have the capabilities to accurately measure the pressure of your pet's eyes. This is important for detecting and treating glaucoma and uveitis, two serious diseases of the eye. The instrument is called a Tonopen and it is quick and painless for your pet.
